WakaWaka Foundation
This foundation is a Dutch internationally operating, non-profit organization.
Over 1 billion people in the world live off grid without access to electricity and power.
WakaWaka fights against this energy poverty and wants safe, sustainable solar for all.
They raise funds to provide WakaWaka solar products to families in humanitarian aid situations, and also offers WakaWakas to developing, rural areas at a subsidized price or in exchange for community work. Acces to light and power means access to education, communication and income generating opportunities.
Since 2016 we have helped over 6500 families!

A tree is planted for each lamp we sell!
Since 2019 we are also partner of Eden Reforestation Projects.
Their mission is to plant trees in Nepal, Madagascar, Haiti, Indonesia,
Mozambique and Kenya for the purpose of reforestation, agroforestry
and reducing extreme poverty through the employment of local villagers.
With your help we have planted over 35.000 trees so far!
